- Freephone helpline: 0800 0196 330 - speak to an advisor during office hours or leave a message on our 24hr answer machine service to be called back. Enquiries are processed quickly and we aim to return any missed calls within one day
- Email FIS@torfaen.gov.uk - with details of your enquiry and your address if you would like to receive a pack via post rather than email
- Drop in to Cwmbran Integrated Children's Centre (pictured below) - and speak to us face to face during office hours
- Speak to our Outreach Officer, Hannah - out and about in the community and at events in Torfaen throughout the year

What kind of information can I get from Torfaen FIS?
We traditionally hold detailed information on local childcare, including sure start and parent and toddler groups. However, we also hold an extensive range of information to support young people, parents and prospective parents of children and young people.
